Tool House with Transport

For this project, the challenge was to develop a tool that could bend leads without causing scratches. An additional challenge was to automate this to a reasonable degree, as the number of products is too small for a machine, but too large to handle product by product. The customer expects further similar projects in the future. For this we have developed a hand press with tool house, on which a pneumatic system is installed, which makes the transportation of the leadframe possible.
