Quality Control
Tooling Specialist Derksen creates products with a high degree of accuracy. We have a strict quality control policy to ensure even the smallest margins. The measuring chamber in our production facility is equipped with advanced measuring instruments and machinery that put all our products to the test.
We can perform the following types of measurement:
- 3D Measurement: CNC measuring machine with a swivel probe
- Optical measurement: CNC machine with a 3D probe
- Roughness measurement
- Hardness measurement
The quality control we perform in our fully equipped measuring room. This does not only apply to our own products, we can also check products of third-parties.
