Power Module Industry 4.0

CosmoDU is a fully sintered Double Sided Cooled (DSC) Power Module for Intelligent Electric Drives, including controls for Industry 4.0 production machines such as robots and conveyor belts.

For this project, we supported Boschman Advanced Packaging Technology with the development and production of the tools to cut and bend the molded leadframe into the final product.
