Trim & Form Tools for Power Modules
For this project we made Trim & Form tools for cutting and beding 1.2mm thick copper leadframes after Transfer Molding.
The end product is a power module used in mild hybrid vehicles.
In addition to the engineering and production of the tools, we made the first 3,000 samples for the product qualification.
