Tooling Specialist Derksen is a well-known supplier of precision mechanical parts and tools with more than 20 years’ experience in designing and manufacturing Trim & Forms tools.

Over the last years TSD has been successfully involved in numerous manual prototype and production trim & form tools for power modules.

The unique characteristics of Power modules requires a fully new concept of product handling and controlled trimming & forming operations, often combined with additional process steps such as Laser Marking and optical inspection.

Recognizing the need for automation, Tooling Specialist Derksen founded TFA Europe: Trim Form Automation Europe. 

This has led to the introduction of the Flex Line.

Powertrim launched to win in global power module market

TFA Europe and Include Industries create new semicon back-end equipment company.

At the opening of PCIM Europe in Nürnberg, Germany, the leading exhibition and conference for power electronics, TFA Europe and Include Industries have launched a new company for power module packaging.

The new company will build on the heritage of TFA Europe, founded in 2020, while rebranded to Powertrim Technologies to expand globally.
